    Creative Manager

    Position Overview

    • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Creative Manager to lead our talented team of creative designers. As a Creative Manager, you will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing and executing creative campaigns that resonate with clients and drive results. You will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure our work exceeds expectations.

    Key Duties and Responsibilities

    Creative Manager

    • Lead and inspire a team of creative designers, providing direction and mentorship to achieve outstanding creative output.
    • Collaborate with account management and commercial teams to understand client objectives and develop creative strategies that align with their goals.
    • Conceptualize and oversee the development of compelling visual and written content across various mediums, including print, digital, and social media.
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and quality is maintained.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and creative best practices to continuously elevate our work.
    • Present creative concepts and strategies to clients with confidence and professionalism.
    • Provide constructive feedback and facilitate brainstorming sessions to foster a culture of creativity and innovation.
    • Ensure all creative work adheres to brand guidelines and meets the highest standards of quality
    • Any other duty that may be assigned to you

    Qualification

    • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Advertising, or related field.
    • Proven experience in a creative leadership role within the advertising industry.
    • Exceptional portfolio showcasing a range of successful campaigns and projects.
    • Proficiency in design software (e.g.…Adobe Creative Suite) and strong knowledge of design principles.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
    • Creative problem-solving skills
