Duties and responsibilities:
- Giving feedback to customers
- Receiving and responding to clients calls
- Attending and directing customers and visitors to relevant offices within the Polytechnic.
- Supporting internal communication effort to keep staff informed and engaged.
- Assist in maintaining a digital archive of communication materials and media coverage.
Job Specifications
- Bachelor of science in media and digital communication, MassS Communication, Communication Studies, Journalism or Public Relations from a recognized Institution;
- Can communicate in English or Kiswahili
