Job Overview:

• Aminika Manpower is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Credit Controller Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable function, ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts, and minimizing bad debt risk.

Key Responsibilities:

• Credit Risk Management: Assess creditworthiness, determine credit limits, and minimize bad debt risk.
• Debt Collection: Pursue outstanding invoices, negotiate payment plans, and resolve customer disputes.
• Invoice Processing: Verify and process invoices, reconcile accounts, and identify discrepancies.
• Reporting: Generate reports on accounts receivable status and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in a credit control or accounts receivable role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
