Credit Controller at FCM Travel Solutions

FCm Travel Solutions Kenya (trading as Charleston Travel Ltd) is seeking to hire a competent Credit Controller who will be responsible for debt collection/debt recovery for company debts within strict timelines in order ensure that the company has enough funds to meet its financial obligations to its creditors, staff, shareholders and for working capital.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understanding credit, application & collection policy and procedures, and execute in compliance with the company’s credit policy
• Monitor and manage accounts receivable and ensure timely collections
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies
• Prepare regular reports on outstanding debts and credit risks
• Liaise with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth client billing

Qualifications:

• Degree/Diploma  in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• CPA qualification is an added advantage
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in credit control, preferably in the travel or service industry
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• High levels of integrity and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
