    Credit Officer

    • Performing Loan appraisal, customer visitation and preparing loan documentation
    • Collection of account receivable when they are due
    • Customer service and marketing of  company products.
    • Attending and participating in business networking meetings.
    • Providing relevant information about our products and services to customers, distribution of marketing materials to potential clients.
    • Maintenance of the customer database and developing marketing action point on customers who we have identified business opportunities.
    • Participating in operational system development- that is, policies and procedures development, and reviews and also in implementation of the same. 
    • Continuously monitoring the account receivable and recommending classification depending on repayment histories.
    • Participating in product development by doing market research and competitor analysis and in also designing product features.
