Crew Commander at G4S

Job Introduction:

DELIVERING OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCIES. 

• Reduce idle/waiting times before leaving base
• Crew Commander responsible for the team on a trip.
• Attend all morning briefs (parades).
• Leave base properly crewed and ensure to return to base the same including the Aps.
• Remind the crews on the CIT Operators will.
• Ensure constant logging with the control room on departures or arrivals at the customer premises.
• Follow all Deposita laid down procedures.
• Should carry the E viper, CUG and the customer boxes/bags required during the trip.

RISK & COMPLIANCE - Vehicle checks, Accountable documents, CIT Operators will, Daily bankings, Decrewing

• Conduct and document the vehicle security features.
• Ensure the lead car and the chase car are within sight at all times
• Ensure to record the use of all accountable documents and should be safely secured. 
• Never carry unauthorized passengers.
• The Aps should at all times take their positions.
• Maintain a high level of integrity, dignity and working standards
• Ensure all cash collected is banked or delivered to the cash centre. (Bss receipt to match the banking slip)
• On completion of CIT run to ensure to decrew the day's activities with the decrewing officer.
