    Customer Service Representative

    Compensation & Benefits

    • KES 40,000 monthly salary + Transportation Allowance
    • Paid training and ongoing support
    • Professional and collaborative work environment

    Schedule Requirement

    • Availability to work from 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM is required.

    About the Role

    • As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide exceptional customer support through phone and chat channels, assisting customers with inquiries related to products, services, purchases, order status, and general support requests.

    Requirements

    • C1 English proficiency (Advanced/Fluent)
    • At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center environment
    • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
    • Availability to work onsite in Nairobi
    • Availability to work the required schedule (4:00 PM – 1:00 AM)
