Data Analytics Assistant (Contract) at Nakala Analytics Ltd

As a Data Analytics Assistant, your list of tasks can include supporting our specialists in executing the following tasks:

• Perform extensive EDA to provide recommendations that facilitate the realistic collection, processing, and usage of data.
• Write data extraction and processing scripts including but not limited to SQL, Python, R, etc.
• Develop classical and advanced machine learning models using python.
• Ability to write scalable code using Python programming language.
• Collaborate with team members using proven development processes (Agile/SCRUM).
• Advanced knowledge in relational databases such as PostgreSQL.
• Familiar with cloud services on AWS, Google cloud.
• Good communication and presentation skills with the ability to gather requirements from stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in a Linux environment.

Requirements

• BSc in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering or related disciplines
• 2+ years of cumulative relevant experience working in an agile environment.
• Demonstrable expertise in data extraction, exploration, analysis, and presentation
• Demonstrable Expertise in Python, SQL, MongoDB, Postgres, SQL, Git
• Demonstrable Expertise in Machine learning
• Patient, resilient, loyal, and ethical
• Experience in a startup company

Compensation 

• Compensation is commensurate to experience.

Employment Mode

• 3 months renewable contract
