    Data Entry Admin Intern

    Stipend:

    • 15k

    Role Description

    • The Data Entry Admin Intern is a full-time, on-site role based in Ruaraka. This role involves accurately entering, updating, and maintaining product, inventory, and customer data in company systems and spreadsheets. The intern will support daily administrative tasks such as filing documents, organizing records, preparing basic reports, and assisting with order processing and documentation. The role includes checking data for accuracy, reconciling discrepancies, and coordinating with team members to ensure that information is complete and up to date. The intern may also respond to basic customer or supplier inquiries, support front-office operations, and assist with other administrative duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • Strong typing and data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Solid computer literacy, including proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel and Word) and the ability to learn new software quickly.
    • Effective communication skills for interacting with colleagues, customers, and suppliers in a clear and professional manner.
    • Customer service orientation, with the ability to handle inquiries politely and support a positive experience for all visitors and callers.
    • Administrative assistance capabilities, including filing, record keeping, document organization, and basic report preparation.
    • Ability to work on-site full time in Ruaraka, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a busy environment.
    • Willingness to learn about hardware products and inventory processes; prior exposure to retail, wholesale, or hardware environments is an advantage.
    • Diploma, certificate, or ongoing studies in business administration, IT, logistics, or a related field are preferred but not mandatory.
