Data Annotation: Accurately label and annotate data according to specific project guidelines and client requirements.
Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and accuracy of annotated data by following established procedures and performing regular quality checks. He/She Should also be able to groom oneself into a QA role if and when the situation so demands
Tool Proficiency: Use various data annotation tools and software effectively to complete assigned tasks.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of annotation work, including notes on any ambiguities or challenges encountered.
Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure consistent understanding and application of annotation guidelines.
Feedback Integration: Actively participate in training sessions and incorporate feedback to improve annotation quality and efficiency.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated with new tools, techniques, and best practices in data annotation to enhance skills and performance.
Time Management: Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines and productivity targets.
Qualifications
Education: Diploma or equivalent; additional education in a related field is a plus.
Experience: Minimum 2 year experience in data annotation (AgTech, Autonomous, image and Video annotation), data entry, or a similar role is preferred. Experience working on Gen AI projects will be an added advantage.
Technical Skills: Basic understanding of AI and machine learning concepts; proficiency in using computers and annotation software.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to follow complex guidelines and instructions.
Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues related to data annotation tasks.
Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.
Organizational Skills: Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
