Bachelors Qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering;
Minimum 8 years’ experience in working within a project management office;
Minimum 8 years’ experience in project management of multi-disciplined projects;
Minimum 8 years’ experience in either site management, project management or operation management within the construction, engineering, building material or related industry;
Experience in the elevator and escalator industry is desirable;
To be able to demonstrate sound financial management and resource utilization and the ability to forecast accurately;
Accountable for financial and customer performance of projects within his/her portfolio;
Actively monitors and reports project and installation performance, ensures action on deviations;
Ensure effective deployment and benefit realization of KONE Way and local initiatives;
Provide input and feedback about changes needed to KONE Way;
Demonstrate being an effective leader and coach with the ability to motivate a successful team;
Lead, evaluate, and develop the operations team and professionals to achieve the established budget, safety, quality and customer satisfaction goals. Identify and address competence development needs for project management and installation;
Performs site and process audits within his/her team to ensure compliance with installation methods, safety policies and KW/local processes;
Highly motivated, goal oriented, diligent, organized self-starter with an orientation towards a high level of customer service;
The ability to work together as a team and promote a harmonious environment;
The ability to step in and cover in the absence of the Installation Manager;
Passion for Mechanical & Electrical vocations, with a proven track record and a strong customer focus;
Establish and promote service-minded culture and outside-in thinking in Delivery Operations;
Ensure customer-centricity in all projects by understanding and serving customer needs and proactive communication throughout the project (i.e., transparency, flexibility, and dependability);
Manages customer relationships, including disputes and escalations, and tracks NPI and transactional survey;
Excellent command of an communication in English;
