Social Media Content Creator & Live Host at Roadmap Tech Computers

We are seeking a creative, energetic, and tech-savvy Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the "face and voice" of our brand across major social media platforms. You will be responsible for producing engaging content—ranging from high-quality videos to live product demonstrations—that drives audience engagement and showcases our range of electronics and computers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and edit high-quality video and text content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp.
• Conduct regular Live streaming sessions to showcase products, explain features, and interact with the audience in real-time.
• Engage with followers by responding to comments and inquiries to build a loyal community.
• Collaborate with the in-store sales team to understand product features and assist with walk-in customers when necessary.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends and algorithm changes to maximize reach.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in content creation (video editing, scriptwriting, and photography).
• Comfortable being on camera and hosting live sessions.
• Previous experience in a similar role or within the electronics/IT industry is a strong advantage.
• Ability to work full-time and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
