Qualifications, Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Transport Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of transport/logistics experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Proven experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or distribution.
• Strong knowledge of fleet planning, transporter management, transport cost control, ERP systems (SAP/TMS), and transport compliance.
• Professional certifications such as CILT, KISM, or Lean Six Sigma are an added advantage.
• Key skills include creating daily fleet deployment plans, monitoring transporter performance, managing A/P and A/R trackers, maintaining POD and documentation logs, and preparing transport risk and escalation reports.

• Fleet Planning & daily transport coordination
• Transport execution & resource optimization
• Transport financial management end to end A/P execution for transports and manage A/R follow-ups VIM invoice submission & control discipline
• Transport Partner Relationship Management
• Performance monitoring & reporting Ensure compliance, risk & escalation of safety, legal and company standards Implement Lean & Kiazen initiatives
