Riders Supervisor at Q-Sourcing Servtec Group

Job Summary 

• Our client is seeking a Riders Supervisor to oversee and coordinate a team of riders, ensuring timely, safe, and efficient delivery of services. The ideal candidate has prior experience managing riders, holds a valid driving license, and is aged 35 years and above. 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the rider team, including scheduling and route allocation. 
• Prepare duty rosters and ensure full coverage of shifts and delivery schedules. 
• Monitor rider performance, punctuality, and adherence to safety and traffic regulations. 
• Conduct rider briefings and train riders on protocols, safety, and customer service. 
• Track and document deliveries, incidents, and rider attendance accurately. 
• Address operational issues and rider concerns promptly, escalating complex matters when necessary. 
• Ensure riders maintain their motorcycles/vehicles and hold valid licences and documentation. 
• Submit daily, weekly, and performance reports to management. 
• Respond to client inquiries and service issues related to rider operations. 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE: 

• Diploma in Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. 
• At least 3–5 years of experience in rider or field operations, with 1–2 years of supervising riders. 
• Aged 35 years and above. 
• Valid driving license (motorcycle and/or vehicle). 
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills. 
• Excellent organizational and coordination abilities. 
• Clear communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. 
• Proficiency in MS Office.
