Design Engineer

- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 2 - 3 years
- Location Nairobi
- Job Field Engineering / Technical
Description
- Collaborate with the sales team for scope details of new enquiries and final details of confirmed jobs.
- Design Steel Framed Structures for a diverse range of applications using the latest and available Technology in Structural Design & analysis.
- Specify in the design process the appropriate materials based on structural specifications and codes of practice.
- Liaise with detailers in the preparation of drawings for internal & external use.
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent from a reputable institution.
- Computer Literacy (MS Office)
- Experience in the functional use of design spreadsheets and Computer Aided Design Software e.g. AutoCad, Prokon, Materseries & StaadPro.
- 2 - 3 years of working experience in Structural Structural Designs and related projects.
