Digital Account Manager, East Africa (Ad Tech) at Eskimi

What you will do:

• Following Account Management processes.
• Communicate with some of the biggest and most innovative brands in the world.
• Generate upsell revenue from existing client portfolios and ensure growth.
• Ensure retention of your and team-owned accounts.
• Maintain communication with internal stakeholders, Ad Operation, Sales, Product & Creative teams, and Management teams.
• Plan and prepare business proposals & media plans for prospective and existing clients.
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.

What will help you to do it:

• At least 2 years experience of programmatic or digital channel (Google/Facebook/Youtube ads) planning.
• Tech-savviness and a good understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, independently, set and reach ambitious goals.
• Sharing Eskimi values - growth, initiative & drive, and a high sense of ownership.
• Creative mindset.
