Digital Associate – East & South. at Sendy Limited

About The Role

The overall purpose of this job is to support Sendy’s growth and acquisition across East and Southern Africa through development and implementation of Digital strategy in alignment with Sendy’s business strategy.

The holder of this role will set up and manage impactful lead acquisition campaigns and continually optimize driving lower CACs month on month.

Key duties and responsibilities

• Assist in enhancing business efforts through digital acquisition and customer retention
• Develop and execute social media campaigns
• Drive search and display advertising campaigns
• Run reengagement and app install campaigns
• Support email marketing and work with lead qualifiers for prompt lead conversion reporting
• Monitor digital campaigns to deliver within budget
• Prepare accurate reports on the performance of all digital campaigns and continually improve results
• Support to evaluate and act on important metrics that affect our website traffic, app downloads, lead generation/ conversion
• Conduct A/B experiments to drive better results
• Manage and optimize within campaigns to ensure KPI are met
• Implement Hubspot marketing automation and flow
• Implement SEO and SEM strategies
• Work with the team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies
• Keeping abreast of the latest consumer and marketing trends and advancements in performance marketing
• Guide the creative team on creatives required for social media and display campaigns
• Any other duties that may be assigned by the supervisor

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any other business related fields.
• 3+ years’ media buying experience
• Google Ad words, Facebook blueprint certifications are a plus
