Digital Marketing Assistant at Stellar Human Resource Solutions

Responsibilities

• Designing, building, and maintaining the social media presence across all digital channels.
• Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Creating engaging digital content that will increase customer engagement and enhance the organization's online brand.
• Moderating all social media platforms including Twitter, Instagram and Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube
• Evaluating important metrics that affect website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
• Working with the digital marketing team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
• Planning and executing all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
• Devising innovative digital marketing campaigns, that feed into the organization's overarching marketing strategy.
• Creating and implementing a social media policy and framework for Stellar HR Solutions.

Qualifications

• Diploma or a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, IT, Journalism, or any other related field
• Good understanding of the latest marketing trends and techniques.
• Familiarity with marketing computer software and social media platforms
