About The Role

Responsible for managing the digital marketing requirements. Work with Marketing Department and other cross functional teams in developing and executing clear and effective marketing plans, strategies and guidelines to address business market segment needs.

Responsibilities

1. Work with marketing manager to develop a comprehensive cross-channel online marketing strategy.
2. Achieve lead generation & lead conversion targets.
3. Identify, analyze, evaluate and execute strategic digital media partnerships.
4. Perform research; deal sourcing, origination and negotiation of digital partnership & SLA.
5. Collaborate on the corporate communication calendar and overall marketing plan.
6. Responsible for SEM, SEO audit and suggest areas of improvement.
7. Suggest and manage improvements in landing pages and other conversion optimization tools.
8. Collaborate and contribute to the Company’s content strategy and editorial planning.
9. Work in collaboration with the management team for projects about defined strategy, digital campaigns and business needs.
10. Generate an ROI dashboard for marketing activities for sales and leadership teams.
11. Ensure quality control for all brand/marketing related projects.
12. Perform strategy and competitive monitoring.
13. Team Management: Supervise Tele Sales Agents and provide leadership

Qualifications:

1. Industry Knowledge: Proven track record as a digital marketing officer in Banking & Finance or insurance sector.
2. Work Experience; 2 years Marketing Management, Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales/marketing or related field
3. Academic Qualifications; CIM Membership & Certification, Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent Knowledge and Skills
4. ·Knowledge of the Microfinance Industry & good understanding of enterprise services and solutions
5. Excellent skills in sales presentation, competitive proposal writing and business reporting
