Key Responsibilities

• Undertake market research and establish the best way to reach target customers.
• Advise on and prepare the firm’s digital marketing strategy and plan.
• Create and maintain a powerful social media presence on all major platforms.
• Come up with and publish creative digital content e.g., blogs, social media posts, videos, etc.
• Maintain the company’s website and perform search engine optimization [SEO].
• Design and operationalize social media, search engine, email and content marketing campaigns aligned with business goals and devise other strategies to maximize lead generation.
• Make use of creative inbound marketing strategies to generate a pipeline of quality leads.
• Analyze the impact of marketing campaigns and generate relevant reports and recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant business-related field.
• Digital marketing certification.
• At least two years experience in digital marketing, specifically social media marketing, search engine optimization and marketing, email and content marketing.
• Excellent graphic design skills and solid experience.
• Experience in managing WordPress websites.
• An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
