Lead on user centred digital health solution implementation, including researching and understanding a user’s journey from end to end and overseeing the development of digital tools and approaches to support them at every step.
Lead on project management of digital interventions, including budget development, financial reporting, and KPI/OKR tracking.
Coordinate and project manage a team of digital tool implementers, technical developers, data visualization specialists, marketers and content creators, to design and deliver digital health solutions for country teams using agile development processes
Act as focal point and relationship manager for country teams to gather, prototype, and establish project requirements, maintaining a holistic understanding of their context specific needs for digital health interventions
Translate project requirements, data flows, and business processes into functional and non-functional system requirements to support routine monitoring
Manage testing and capturing user feedback of the digital solutions before deployment and measuring experience and capturing insights post launch
Support strategy localization and new business development by engaging with country offices and HQ in proposal and budget development and strategy execution
Oversee development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns and serve as agency liaison to grow our user base and increase uptake and engagement of our digital health solutions
Lead on creating and sharing digital implementation best practice knowledge with internal/external stakeholders, including writing blog posts, presentations, and conference representation
What are we looking for?
We are looking for a highly ambitious individual with a passion in public health, willing and able to learn by doing in a demanding position. In particular, we are looking for;
5-7 years of experience working on digital health implementation projects
Relevant Bachelor’s degree or higher in technology, computer science, or similar digital field
Experience with agile programming methodologies and use of Github
Experience working with and managing technical development teams
Strong business analysis and visualization skills, using tools such as MS Visio, SmartDraw, or Dia
Familiarity with relational and non-relational database systems, including SQL, Postgres, and MongoDB
Familiarity with data visualization in PowerBI or Tableau
Familiarity with digital marketing and campaign development principles
Experience working with advertising/creative agencies to deliver attractive and engaging campaigns
Team player who thrives on collaborating and building partnerships through trust and open exchange of ideas
Strong elicitation and interviewing skills
Strong facilitation and observational skills
Creative problem-solving skills
Great writing and communication skills – able to clearly depict nuanced or complex ideas.
Comfortable working in matrixed organizations and collaborating with cross-functional, multi-cultural teams
Great powerpoint skills – able to ‘translate’ ideas/takeaways from discussions into professional-grade outputs.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to create alignment with multiple stakeholders
