Direct College Sales/Marketing Officers at Hillside College

1. Job plus college seeks to recruit results-oriented and self-driven experienced professionals to join our team for the positions below:
2. The jobholders will be responsible for running of the Institute’s marketing campaigns and student’s enrollment drives in their respective areas

We are strictly looking for applicants who are residents of the respective areas and who are willing to accept the following non-negotiable terms and conditions.

1. A retainer of Ksh. 10,000 pegged on achieving a target of 10 enrollments per month. In case of failure to achieve this target, the retainer will be prorated at 1000 per enrollment.
2. A commission of Ksh 1,000 for every additional enrollment in excess of 10 students per month.
3. Travel/administrative allowance of 200 per enrolled student per month.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Execute of marketing plans in liaison with the Marketing Officer.
2. Timely distribution of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters and
3. Generating live leads and making follow ups to be able to convert them into business
4. Advise on creation of advertisement and marketing materials to promote the college
5. Participate in evaluation of marketing activities to measure its effectiveness.
6. Implementation of Go-To market campaigns to reach the target market in a timely manner and ensure targeted enrollment.
7. Prepare monthly marketing reports on all marketing activities that have been implemented and develop continuous improvement strategy.
8. Participate in preparation of marketing budgets.
9. Implement plans aimed at strengthening relationships with the media organizations to ensure the most effective messaging and positioning of the KIM Brand.
10. Plan and execute marketing activities using digital platforms such as websites, Facebook, twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google ad and provide social media performance monitoring reports to enhance planning for future –marketing activities.

KEY COMPETENCIES

1. Degree/Diploma in Marketing
2. Two years’ experience in a similar role
3. Thorough networks in the media fraternity
4. Ability to meet stretched targets.
