The direct sales representative actively interacts with prospective clients to market and sell a range of financial products. This person plays a crucial role in expanding the clientele, fostering revenue growth, and ensuring that customers have access to financial products and services tailored to their requirements.
Responsibilities
Customer Engagement: Interacting directly with potential clients to understand their financial needs and objectives.
Sales Presentations: Delivering effective sales presentations to communicate the features, benefits, and suitability of the bank's products to potential customers.
Lead Generation: Actively seeking and identifying new leads to expand the customer base.
Financial Consultation: Providing personalized financial advice and solutions based on the customer's financial situation and goals.
Sales Negotiation: Negotiating terms and conditions, interest rates, and other relevant terms to successfully close financial deals.
Compliance: Ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and compliance standards in all sales activities.
Relationship Building: Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to foster trust, encourage repeat business, and enhance customer loyalty.
Customer Service: Providing excellent post-sales support and addressing customer inquiries or concerns related to banking products and services.
Meeting Sales Targets: Working towards and achieving set sales goals, revenue targets, and other performance metrics within specified timeframes.
Requirements:
Hold a diploma from a recognized university in any field.
Exhibit excellent communication, presentation, and customer service abilities.
Experience working in a similar role with a credit lender/provider is Desirable.
Demonstrate precision, attention to detail, and a cooperative, assertive nature, capable of working independently and providing effective solutions.
Exhibit responsibility, reliability and skills to identify opportunities promptly.
