Key Functions

Compliance:

• Always adhere to the Kenyan Highway Code and company policies.
• Staff Transport: Provide courteous and efficient transport services for staff. 
• Planning: Anticipate travel needs including fueling, pre-travel checks, and  documentation. 
• Vehicle Maintenance: Report mechanical issues and maintain cleanliness of vehicles. Insurance Monitoring: Track and report insurance policy expirations. Reporting: Prepare and submit transport reports. 
• Safety: Ensure the safety of vehicles, items, and passengers. 
• Delivery: Transport and deliver items safely and timely. 
• Route Adherence: Follow assigned routes and schedules. 
• Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned. 

Academic Qualifications: 

• Minimum O’ Level (Form 4) certificate. 
• Valid accident-free driving license Class B, C, E. 
• Computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, Internet). 
• Valid defensive driving certificate. 

Skills and Qualities Required: 

• Good communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Fluency in English and Kiswahili. 
• Integrity and confidentiality. 
• Commitment to respect, equity, diversity, and inclusion. 
• Excellent organizational skills. 

Experience: 

• 5 years of corporate driving experience.
