DTS Technician (Dealer Tinting System)

- Experience 2 - 3 years
- Location Nairobi
- Job Field Engineering / Technical
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:
- Diploma/Certificate in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 2-3 years' experience in equipment/machine maintenance.
- Good understanding of electrical, mechanical, and electronic systems.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer/mobile application and CRM skills.
- Willingness to travel and work at different dealer/customer locations.
- A valid driving license is an added advantage.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Install, service, repair, and carry out preventive maintenance of Dealer Tinting System (DTS) machines.
- Troubleshoot machine faults and respond to breakdowns within agreed SLA timelines.
- Calibrate DTS machines and ensure proper operation and uptime
- Handle assigned CRM complaints and maintain accurate service and maintenance records.
- Provide technical support to dealers/customers and report major technical issues.
- Coordinate spare parts, software/settings updates, and related technical requirements
