    EAGM Cash Operations Leader

    Key Responsibilities:

    Cash Conversion Optimization:

    • Lead initiatives to improve the cash conversion cycle across the equipment sales lifecycle—from order intake to cash collection.

    Working Capital Management:

    • Focus on optimizing inventory levels and billing efficiency to support improved operational cash flow.

    Process Improvement:

    • Streamline inventory management to reduce excess and slow-moving stock.
    • Improve billing accuracy and timeliness to accelerate invoicing and reduce unbilled balances.
    • Shorten the delivery-to-acceptance cycle by identifying and removing bottlenecks in logistics, installation, and customer sign-off.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Partner with Commercial, Commercial Finance, Operations, Logistics, Service, and Cash Finance teams to align operational strategies with cash performance objectives.

    Performance Metrics & Reporting:

    • Collaborate with Cash FP&A to define, track, and optimize KPIs related to operational cash performance, including inventory turnover, unbilled revenue, and delivery-to-acceptance cycle time.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, operations, or supply chain—preferably within a global healthcare or industrial organization.
    • Strong understanding of working capital and cash flow dynamics in equipment sales environments.
    • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and process improvement tools.
    • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
    • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
