Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Installation, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Solar PV Technology, or a related field from a recognized TVET institution.
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering, or a related discipline will be an added advantage.
TVET Trainer Certificate (Pedagogy / CBET Trainer Certification) or equivalent recognized by TVETA.
Familiarity with KNEC, NITA, and TVET CDACC assessment frameworks.
Minimum 2 years relevant industry or training experience in electrical installation and/or solar PV systems.
Hands-on experience in practical electrical works and solar installations is highly desirable.
Strong practical and instructional skills in electrical and solar technologies.
