Electrical Engineer – Entry Level at Morsan HR Consulting

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation, review, and submission of electrical tenders and bid documents in line with client requirements.
• Analyze tender documents, including drawings, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and technical specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Develop detailed electrical quotations, including material take-offs, labor costing, and pricing summaries.
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations for electrical materials and services.
• Maintain accurate records of pricing, supplier rates, and tender documentation.
• Provide technical support to the engineering team through interpretation of electrical drawings and specifications.
• Conduct occasional site visits to verify quantities, installations, and progress of electrical works.
• Assist in ensuring all electrical works and documentation comply with applicable standards, regulations, and safety requirements.
• Prepare basic technical reports and support general project documentation as required.

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 1–2 years’ relevant experience in electrical works, preferably in engineering, construction, or contracting environments.
• Practical experience in tendering and preparation of electrical quotations is mandatory.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to attend site visits as required.
