    Electrical Technician

    Start date: Immediately

    Compensation: 40,000-50,000 KES/month gross (depending on qualifications) + Benefits

    Responsibilities

    • Assemble electrical products such as power cables, buck/boost converters, etc.
    • Rework agro-processing machines following provided instructions
    • Pack and unpack products, ensuring nothing is left out
    • Perform occasional workshop wiring
    • General maintenance: regular inspection, cleaning, servicing and preventive maintenance
    • Organise and maintain stock, ensuring goods are stored and accounted for correctly
    • Help with everyday tasks: loading, unloading, organising, tidying up, cleaning, etc.

    Required Qualifications

    • Diploma in electrical engineering and at least 2 years’ experience, OR a Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
    • Extreme attention to detail
    • Strong understanding of electrical safety and handling
    • Soldering experience
    • Experience with industrial and commercial wiring
    • Practical maintenance and repair skills
    • Impeccable moral track record

    Preferred Qualifications

    • EPRA C2 electrical worker licence
    • Experience in operating a lathe
    • Driver’s licence (car or motorbike)
