Engineering Technician at Fresha

Job Description

They seek to hire a well experienced Engineering technician who will perform maintenance and services of plant machineries, including installation, inspection, repairing, and testing of the equipment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Installing, setting and adjusting equipment which controls production in the company
2. Carry out a limited range of mechanical tests and analyses of machines, components and materials
3. Participate in the installation, repair and maintenance of machinery and equipment.
4. Organising and putting into practice repair and maintenance programmes for equipment and machinery
5. Diagnosing and repairing faults in equipment of various types
6. Assist with the supervision of installation and commissioning of plant equipment.
7. Looking for ways to improve manufacturing operations

Skills & Qualifications

1. Diploma in Electrical or electromechanical engineering or any related field
2. K.C.S.E. certificate minimum aggregate C –
3. At Least 2 years experience in a food processing plant.
4. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
5. Excellent health and safety knowledge.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
7. Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
