    Entry Level Q.C

    • Participate in farm audits on GAP and educate farmers on KB standards.
    • Perform quality checks at intake as per KB product specifications and against requisition quantities.
    • Conduct product audit and spot checks in stores to ensure demarcation, FIFO, LIFO, FEFO stock movement aspects are adhered to on a daily basis.
    • Quality verification at Staging process prior to packing.
    • Project support by contributing towards Quality Assurance strategy implementation in liaison with QA lead and management.
    • Approve quality of packed produce prior to dispatch – that product meet client’s expectations and KB quality standards.
    • Confirm truck temperatures and hygiene at loading & offloading.
    • Liaison with the CR team to handle customer complaints and close case within 24 hours by ensuring replacements are achieved promptly where need be.
    • Real time reporting on risks and non-conformance.
    • Review and improve quality control documentation in liaison with QA lead
    • Any other duties allocated from time to time.
