Roles/Duties & Responsibilities

• To provide an independent and objective evaluation of an organization’s environmental performance
• To ensure compliance with environmental laws, regulations, and standards.
• Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for improvement in environmental management systems.
• To verify that sustainable practices and policies are being effectively implemented.
• To act as a liaison between regulatory authorities, management, and stakeholders on environmental matters.
• Collect and review background information, permits, and documentation before audits. Conducting Audits
• Evaluate compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
• Prepare detailed audit reports with recommendations for corrective and preventive actions.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of environmental legislation and standards.
• Excellent analytical and report-writing skills
• Good communication and people skills.
