Job Summary

For appointment to this position , a candidate shall have :

• Minimum Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science or comparable qualifications from a recognized University.
• Post Graduate qualification in Occupational Safety and Health will be desirable,
• Be Registered Lead Expert with the National Environment Management Authority,
• Be conversant with Environmental Impact Assessment, Health and Safety legal policies, programs, practices, performances measures, risk assessment and management, compliance reporting and the Implications of Non-Compliance.
• Be conversant with occupational health and safety audits,
• Keeping accurate and detailed records of all EMP related activities on site
• Over 10 years total work experience and minimum 5 years n similar works of dam construction and Irrigation works,
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
