    Estate Manager

    Tips: The Estate Manager will be responsible for supervising and managing day-to-day operations in Unity Homes estate - Tatu City, Maintaining records, organising the estate budget, overseeing all maintenance and repairs in the estate and supervising the staff members working in the estate, Coordinate events and functions for the residents and perform any other duties as required by the General Manager.


    1. Overseeing smooth rental move-in and move-out of houses
    2. Updating and keeping records of estate occupancy
    3. Updating/marketing to appointed agents units available for rental
    4. Keep records/data for all residents in the Estate (move in and move out)
    5. Identify and screen potential rental clients
    6. Showing potential tenants around
    7. Coordinating with agents
    8. Helping to ensure the estate achieves 100% occupancy
    9. Handling residents' repair complaints and co-ordinating for repairs is done
    10. Ensuring all residents are updated on the estate rules and regulations
    11. Documenting & Resolving complaints from residents
    12. Regular inspection of the estate's common facilities to ensure safety and functionality
    13. Inspect common areas and identify major defect repairs and report to the Management
    14. Overseeing maintenance works and supervising staff members working in the estate
    15. Coordinating security in the estate
    16. Collection of Monthly service charges
    17. Submitting payments for suppliers and subcontractors
    18. Control the number of the furnished apartment and ensure the register is updated & rules
    19. Coordinate community events for the residents
    20. Any other duties assigned by the Executive Director.


    1. Education background in Business administration, CPA will be an added advantage Knowledge of ISO 9001:2018 will be added advantage
    2. Debt collection
    3. Former position in management
    4. Customer service
