Estimation Engineer - Electrical at Master Power Systems Ltd

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Estimation Engineer - Electrical at Master Power Systems Limited in Nairobi County, Kenya. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ), conducting project estimations, collaborating with electrical engineers, negotiating project terms, and conducting research to support project planning and execution.

In depth experience in Tendering, Documentations, Preparation of Tenders, Value Engineering, Comparison of Specifications, Pre Bod Meetings, Site Survey, Estimation, Design and Build, Vendors and Suppliers Coordination.

Qualifications

• Project Estimation and BOQ preparation skills
• Experience in Electrical Engineering
• In depth experience in Tendering, Documentations, Preparation of Tenders, Value Engineering, Comparison of Specifications, Pre Bod Meetings, Site Survey, Estimation, Design and Build, Vendors and Suppliers Coordination.
• Knowledge of ICT, Structured Cabling, CCTV and ELV
• Strong negotiation skills
• Ability to conduct thorough research
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Professional certification in project management is a plus
