You'll Be Responsible For:

• Creative Strategy: Developing the annual events calendar and conceptualizing innovative event formats that resonate with each brand's unique audience.
• End-to-End Execution: Overseeing every detail-from venue design and vendor management to guest experience and culinary coordination-ensuring each event is seamless and reflects the premium Artcaffé lifestyle.
• Partnership & Collaboration: Building strong relationships with suppliers, sponsors, and partners to elevate our events and expand our reach.
• Logistical Excellence: Managing budgets meticulously, negotiating with vendors, and handling on-site coordination to ensure flawless execution from set-up to breakdownMeasurement & Growth: Capturing guest feedback, measuring event success against KPIs, and using insights to continuously innovate and refine our future event strategy

What We're Looking For (The Essentials):

• 5-7 years of proven event management experience, ideally within lifestyle, hospitality, F&B, or retail.
• A strong portfolio of events you have managed from concept to completion, demonstrating creativity and impeccable execution.
• Outstanding organizational and project management skills - you thrive on logistics and your attention to detail is unmatched.
• A creative and strategic mindset with the ability to design experiences that tell a brand story and connect with a community.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills with vendors, partners, and internal teams.
• A collaborative spirit - you enjoy working closely with marketing, culinary, operations, and communications teams to bring a shared vision to life.
