This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant Paralegal located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Executive Assistant Paralegal will be responsible for day-to-day administrative tasks that will include maintaining and organizing legal documents, communicating with clients and external stakeholders, conducting legal research, document review and ensuring the legal team adheres to deadlines.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of law and legal document preparation
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Demonstrated experience in legal research and document review
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in law or paralegal studies
Experience in a legal or corporate environment is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
