Exports Customer Marketing Manager at PZ Cussons

Duties

• Demonstrated understanding of the trends, influences, and other factors in the exports retail environment that shape consumers' perceptions and buying behaviours, and leveraging this intelligence to derive value for the brands, consumers, retailers, and shoppers.
• Contribute to overall exports sales and marketing strategy.
• Prepare export sales budget for the relevant markets and Monitor pricing activity in relation to prevailing exchange rates, shipping costs, and local economic factors.
• Identify opportunities for differentiation and implement plans and actions to improve client’s position in targeted export markets.
• Competitor analysis and Value chain of PZ Brands vs Competition
• Responsible for tailoring the customer marketing strategy for the business based on shopper insights in retail, to unlock short term and long-term growth.
• Responsible for the end-to-end execution of perfect store across GT. Driving our pricing strategy MSL, refine channel redefinitions, SKU rationalisation, listing and ensuring NPDs success in trade.
• Responsible for promotions coordinating the battle plans, Optimizing Promotional Spend, managing budgets and maximizing return on investment.
• Managing our resources and adherence to JBPs, Tracking SOS and SOM at channel and region level

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in any filed
• 4 -5 years demonstrated experience in Customer Marketing
• IT savvy including the use of MS Office Application
• Strong understanding of key financial measures that drive performance - ROI, Promotion
• Demonstrated leadership abilities.
