Fabrication Technician at Tatu City Limited

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate aluminium profiles, sashes, frames, and accessories as per cutting lists and instructions.
• Operate machinery (cutting, milling, punching, crimping) safely and correctly.
• Follow the Fabrication Quality Checklist during all operations.
• Handle aluminium profiles, glass, and accessories carefully to avoid damage.
• Take care of tools and machinery assigned for use, ensuring they are kept clean and in proper working order.
• Report immediately to the Team Leader any tool/machine malfunctions, damages, or safety concerns.
• Report any material defects or shortages to the Team Leader.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation.
• Support waste reduction and efficiency in material usage.
• Comply with all workshop health and safety regulations, including proper use of PPE.
• When required, support the Installation Team on-site with fitting, glazing, and related tasks.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in a relevant field
• Atleast 3 years experience in a similar role
• Hands-on experience in aluminium fabrication (windows/doors preferred).
• Ability to read and follow technical drawings.
• Precision, attention to detail, and focus on quality.
• Teamwork and willingness to follow instructions.
• Flexibility to assist in installation tasks as needed.
• Safe handling of tools, machines, and materials.
