This is a full-time on-site role for a Factory Manager located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Factory Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient production planning, and maintaining quality control standards. The role involves managing production schedules, optimizing operations management processes, and coordinating with different departments to achieve production goals. The Factory Manager will also be tasked with implementing safety protocols and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
