Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily farm operations with a focus on animal production (poultry, dairy, beef, and goats)
• Supervise farm staff and coordinate schedules, training, and performance
• Ensure animal health, welfare, and productivity through best practices in feeding, breeding, and veterinary care
• Maintain accurate records of livestock inventory, production, and health
• Oversee budgeting, procurement, and resource allocation
• Implement biosecurity measures and comply with agricultural regulations
• Collaborate with agronomists, veterinarians, and suppliers to improve farm output

Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma in Animal Production, Livestock Management, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in farm management in livestock production with 3 references
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with modern farming technologies and sustainable practices
• Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions
• Should be 30-40 years of age
