    Farm Manager

    The Farm Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of macadamia farm operations, including planting, cultivation, fertilization, irrigation, pest and disease control, harvesting, and post-harvest handling.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelors degree in Agriculture or related field
    • A strong understanding of crop management, practical experience in managing farm operations including budgeting, staff supervision and compliance.
    • Minimum of 5+ years of proven experience in farm management or similar role
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
