We're seeking a talented Plant Engineer to join our dynamic team at BIOSORRA, our partner company leading the way in biochar production. Plant Engineer will play a crucial role in managing our state-of-the-art pyrolysis facility, optimizing production processes, and ensuring the smooth operation of our machinery.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in mechanical, civil, industrial engineering or a related field
• 5+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing plants. A focus on Mechanical engineering or background in Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) is valued but not required
• Proven track record of leading and managing operations teams and projects in a fast-paced and innovative environment
• A deep knowledge of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, heat transfer, material science, electricity and engineering design principles
• Proficiency in using various software tools such as CAD, MATLAB, ANSYS
• Creative and innovative mindset with excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills

The Farm Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of macadamia farm operations, including planting, cultivation, fertilization, irrigation, pest and disease control, harvesting, and post-harvest handling.

• Bachelors degree in Agriculture or related field
