Fashion and Cosmotology Technician at The Kiambu National Polytechnic

Minimum Requirements;

• Craft Certificate in Fashion and design or its equivalent
• At least one year working experience in the same field.
• Acertificate in Computer Applications from a recognized institution
• Good Communication skills, Interpersonal skills, Organizational skills and Time Management Skills.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide support to trainers and trainees during practical’s
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, proper arrangement and orderliness in the workshops.
• Ensure all equipment in the workshops are well maintained by regularly cleaning them and checking their working conditions
• Participate in receiving training materials and ensuring their quality
• Regular stock taking and maintenance of reasonable stock levels
• Ensure timely production and issuance of quality bakery products.
• Maintain smooth operations of all bakery workshop operations including practicals
• Establish and maintain the applicable records of all bakery workshop operations
• Establish and maintain good marketing and advertising strategies.
