Finance & Accounts Assistant at Jibu Brandhouse

ROLES &RESPONSIBILITIES

• Record financial transcations in account systems.
• Process invoices, Payments and Receipts.
• Maintain accurate financial records & ledgers.
• Reconcile payables,recievables & bank statements.
• Follow up outstanding invoices &client payments.
• Assist in payroll processing &statutory payments remmits
•  Ensure compliance with the law - Statutory & Taxs
• Assist in budget preparation
• Support team members in daily operations
• Generate finance report and maintain record Support in Finance Audit

REQUIREMENTS

• BSC-Finance, accounts, Beom
• CPA-K
• 1-3 of experience in similar role
• Knowledge of accounts softwares, Microsoft excel and Financial reporting tool
• Good communication
• Confidential

• Strong numeric skills
