    Finance Controller

    As a provider of quality and compassionate health care in obedience of the great commandment, we recognize that a team of people with great character, compassion and excellent skills are our most valuable resource.
    To provide leadership to our finance department, we are seeking to hire a Finance Controller.

    Qualifications, Experience, Competencies and Personal Attributes Required:

    1. Master’s in business administration, finance or related field
    2. Bachelor’s degree in business of commerce, finance or related field;
    3. Professional qualifications in CPA (K) ACCA, ACA or any other recognized professional accounting qualification;
    4. Should be a member of ICPAK or equivalent internationally recognized professional body
    5. Minimum six (6) years of experience out of which three (3) must have been in a senior management role in a similar or comparable organization;
    6. Should have thorough knowledge of the relevant industry/sector as well as knowledge of regulatory requirements affecting the relevant sector
    7. Must be capable of functioning effectively both as a team player and a team leader
    8. Must demonstrate high level of honesty and integrity
    9. Must have strategic leadership skills with ability to build strategic relationships
    10. Should have experience in change management and the ability to drive change in a team
    11. Should have high level problem solving and decision making abilities
    12. Should be an effective communicator with the ability to handle high level communication
    13. Should be results oriented with ability to deliver desired outcomes
    14. Should demonstrate ability to identify and respond to risk areas within the department
    15. Should have effective people management and conflict resolution skills
    16. Must have knowledge in use of MS office computer packages
    17. Must be a born again and committed Christian with evidence of maturity in faith
    18. Ability to translate and communicate Biblical values / hospital ethics in personal life and professional life
    19. Must be an honest person full of integrity in their personal conduct and handling of job responsibilities
