Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. 
• Prepare and present accurate financial statements, reports, and analysis to senior management. 
• Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring adherence to deadlines and accounting standards. 
• Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to support the company’s growth and profitability. 
• Manage cash flow, capital expenditures, and financial risk to ensure stability and growth. 
• Conduct financial analysis and provide actionable insights to drive business performance. 
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards. 
• Collaborate with other departments to develop budgets and financial plans.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s or CPA preferred). 
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in a finance role, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity. 
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial management software. 
• Proficient in financial modelling, cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. 
• Excellent communication and leadership skills. 
• Ability to analyse complex financial data and provide strategic recommendations. 
• High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
