In this role, you will lead a team of talented finance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. You will work closely with various departments and regional teams to ensure that our financial reporting is accurate and adheres to the highest standards.

• Your leadership will be crucial in mentoring the finance team, ensuring compliance with accounting regulations, and managing financial risks. Your insights will be invaluable to our market leadership, as you provide strategic financial analysis that drives key business decisions. You'll be the custodian of our financial integrity, overseeing all financial data, and preparing precise monthly management accounts and annual financial statements.
• You will also be instrumental in guiding the company through successful audits, supporting budget preparations, and strengthening our financial controls to support business operations.
• We are searching for a visionary leader with a strong financial acumen and a proven track record of success. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in a finance role, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
• While experience in Telecommunications and Financial Services is a plus, it is not a must. What matters most is your expertise in drafting Annual Financial Statements in line with IFRS and familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, along with a CPA qualification, is essential.
