Financial Advisor at ICEA Lion Group

Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site Financial Advisor role based in Machakos.
• The Financial Advisor will engage with clients to understand their financial goals, assess their current financial situations, and provide tailored recommendations on savings, investments, insurance, and retirement planning.
• Day-to-day tasks include conducting financial needs analyses, preparing and presenting financial plans, monitoring client portfolios, and scheduling regular review meetings to adjust strategies as needed.
• The role also involves educating clients on ICEA LION Group’s products and services, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, and maintaining accurate documentation of all client interactions.
• The Financial Advisor will collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive financial solutions and contribute to business growth through client retention and acquisition.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Financial Planning and Retirement Planning to design and implement comprehensive, long-term strategies for clients.
• Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Finance and Investments to analyze options, manage portfolios, and guide clients toward suitable financial products.
• Candidates should possess proven Financial Advisory skills to build trust, provide clear recommendations, and support clients through key financial decisions.
• Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear, accessible manner.
• Candidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a high level of integrity and ethical judgment.
• Relevant academic qualifications in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; professional certifications in financial planning or advisory are an added advantage.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse clients, manage time efficiently, and meet performance targets in an on-site environment in Machakos.
