Food Production Technologist at Career Options Africa Ltd

THE JOB

We are seeking a Food Production Technologist to ensure adherence to set KEBS and HACCP Standards at the plant

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Ensure proper handling of raw materials and finished products
2. Testing of raw materials and finished products
3. Prepare raw materials for processing
4. Assist in new product development production process research and implementation
5. Participate in the production process including raw materials feeding, production and packaging

QUALIFICATIONS

We are targeting candidates with the following qualifications.

• A diploma in food production
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Good problem-solving skills 
• Passion for innovation and sustainability in food systems
• Knowledge of local consumer trends and nutritional needs

WHAT WE ARE OFFERING THE RIGHT PERSON

We are offering the successful candidate a monthly salary of KES 20,000. Upon confirmation, you will be provided with a medical cover
